I set according to this URL.
https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/how-tos/maxmind_geo_ip.html
But,doesn't seem to work.
Is there any step that went wrong?

The link was for the url needing updates but seems not be your case.
The first screenshot seems to suggest it worked on the 16th but has not been able to update since, on the 18th it failed? I would suggest checking logs, maybe name resolution at the time. Check the url manually from the OPN console, some diagnostics.
