Two wireguard active tunnel with same provider

Hello, I wanted to know if it is possible to have two VPN tunnels with WireGuard active? What I would like is for one part of my network to go out through one country Spain the other through France. Does anyone know if it's possible? I use Surfshark as a VPN

I thought, it is not possible with SS, but I am not sure anymore. After some time, I always notice problems with them and WG on *Sense.
