Hairpin NAT - help me... please?:-[

I am going to see if I can outline everything in one go - Please be kind, I've gone through the documentation to the best of my ability, and I am still stumped.
Firewall - Pub IP assume 99.99.99.99 (placeholder IP for my real public IP)
Private server on LAN at 10.10.10.107
Private server uses ports 1119, 8081, 8085 and 8086
Currently doing NAT Forwarding for the above ports in this way:
Each one of the above ports is NAT Forwarded as follows (just changing the Port number)
NAT>PortForward | WAN1 - TCP / Source address and port Any / Dest. 99.99.99.99 Port 8085, NATIP 10.10.10.107 port 8085
WAN to LAN (external client to internal LAN server) is working just fine.
-------------------------------------------------------
I have tried every which way auto/manual, outbound/floating, etc to try to get internal LAN clients to connect to the external public IP via reflection/hairpinning.
Is the above information enough for someone to provide me the exact settings for each section.
I would like to do all of this manually, as I have read that reflection can be kinda flaky/hard to follow.
If you are unsure, or not clear on what settings should be used, please wait for someone else to reply? --As I have read many, many, many forum posts, and the documentation that was updated (this month I think).
Thanks so much for your time.
Oh, and as of right now, the server on the LAN is not in a DMZ. - thank you for any input you can offer.

If your clients and server are all in the same subnet (LAN), have you followed the documentation to also create Outbound NAT rules in addition to the Port Forward rules?
