Multiple Open VPN Tunnel Setup Issues

It would be useful to know the desired A and B tunnels endpoints. Sorry if it is in the attachment, I won't be able to open it for now.
This is to me unclear:

What I was trying to achieve:
Use NordVPN clients, 2 separate tunnels, 1 for all devices on my access point mesh network, the other for smart TV and perhaps later add another router for other IOT items

Two tunnels from where to where? Internally in your network(s) or from them to an external vpn provider?

Intended Setup
WAN to LAN & OPT1 & OPT2

Do you mean bridging LAN, OPT1 and OPT2? If not, what do you mean? Where does VPN come into this?

Tunnel 1 to LAN and OPT1 (I got tunnel one online)

Really, do you want to create a VPN tunnel between two interfaces in the same device? What are you trying to achieve, as VPN might not be the best fit.

Tunnel 2 to OPT2 (I wasn't able to get the tunnel to authenticate properly, when I restarted the tunnel it was stuck at "Auth" or "get config")

Unclear what are the two ends of this tunnel as as previous comment, what for if for two interfaces on the same device.
