Blocking specific url, not domain

I'd like to block youtube shorts (youtube.com/shorts/*). I'm currently running opnsense + pihole. Is it possible to block a url in the OPNSense firewall rules?

It is my understanding that you can only block by domain in Pi-Hole and not by url
