Can no longer ping gateways

Hi everyone

I'm at my wits end, I changed something last weekend and I can no longer ping the default gateways on any of my subnets.  I think this is also causing slow network responses when devices power on and need network connectivity.

Does anyone know where I can start looking?

I've checked the following:
DHCP, it looks fine
Network interfaces look fine
I've checked real time logs on the fw when pinging the gateway, but nothing appears
I've rebooted the router
rebooted various network devices
I've attempted to create a new gateway for the LAN interface and that hasn't helped
DHCP assigned gateway is correct and what I am attempting to ping.
