If we configure the firewall like the above product, how recognize the interface? How to change the interface LAN or WAN  Like Sonicwall  hardware Firewall?

It's impossible to tell from that website if it can run OPNSense. You need to ensure your chosen hardware is supported by freeBSD https://www.freebsd.org/releases/14.2R/hardware/ . This mini pc thing does not have any technical details of the components it uses, so it would be a chance to try at your expense, or you could ask them before buying.

I'm guessing from the part number that it is a j4125 processor, so yes it should work, but no you should not buy it. Go for an n5105 or n100 processor, many of these devices out there.

Do not use N5105 or earlier any more, they do not have AVX instructions. There are N100 and N150 variants out that do not cost much more.
