DNS set up help needed

Appologies is this question is too simple, but it is new for me, and I already spent many hours on it:
Its the following:

I want to redirect all DNS queries (port 53) for any not-WAN interface
to the local DNS resolver, like Unbound or any other that is recommended.
The local hosts to resolve are all using DHCP static leases.
all the DNS resolving requests for any other hosts should be forwarded to a specific namesever on the Internet.
Can someone help me on the way or refer me to an example ?

apparently a difficult question, since there was no answer yet.

But it seems to work now, for those that struggle too with this, this is what I've done
if there are any errors in this, I hope those with more experience will correct me:
1: in Firewall, NAT, Port Forward , I've redirected all traffic to port 53 to 127.0.0.1 (local loopback)
2: I've  checked and made sure, there were no other DNS resolvers active
3: In Services, Unbound DNS, I've enabled the Unbound service
4: I 've used all the default Unbound settings, except for 'Query Forwarding'
    there I've check-marked 'Use System Name Servers'
5:In System, Settings, General under DNS Servers, I filled in the external Name Servers I prefer.

Please check if there are replies with corrections on this post,
if not, than you might assume this is correct.
