Nut plugin GUI: cannot insert values with commas

I would like to add an option such as runtimecal=240,100,720,50 to the configuration of the QX-Driver of the Nut plugin (Services > Nut > Configuration > UPS Type > QX-Driver > Extra Arguments), but typing/pasting a comma always ends the current option. For the life of me, I cannot find a way to insert options with comma: is that possible?
