Change UDP session timeout

Hi,

I yould like to change the UDP timeouts to test perfomace of our voip connection.
I found these entries:

        udp.first:60s
        udp.single:30s
        udp.multiple:60s
Are these the values for the UDP sesseion timeout and if yes, how can I change them.

Does altering those UDP settings positively benefit voip and other low latency applications?

Pending experimentation at home:
Are these impacted when changing the Firewall Optimization settings for states between normal and conservative?
