opnsense will not install on hdd. lets stop worrying about our karma points and get on to solving the problems. i log in as installer and waste two hours of what is supposedly an install process. every thing seems to install them nothing. i get no error messages.

Usually takes me less than five minutes to install Opnsense on a fresh system. What is your hardware?
OPNsense 24.7 - Qotom Q355G4 - ISP - Squirrel 1Gbps.

Did you log in with user "installer" after booting from CD/USB-stick? Only after that the install starts. You have to be more specific with what you tried and what you see on the screen...

how do you log in as installer.

i do not log in. all i get is a network card setup screen.
