Applying IP changes of an interface lead to small downtimes for other interfaces

So I created a new VLAN subinterface, applied, everything was fine.
Then I assigned the interface, also ok.
But when I configures the IP address of the interface, I lost 3 pings to google (which ran over different VLANs).

I am told changing an interface does not lead to downtimes for other interfaces, am I the only one with this problem?
Or is this normal because the traffic that experienced a short outage runs over different VLANs on the same hardware interface?

I don't know if it is a related problem, but I also experienced a strange issue related to the configuration of interfaces on a fresh install of 22.1 (upadted to 22.1.2_1 straight after installation).

If I enable / disable a single interface (phys or vlan) or change it's configuration, the GUI 'hangs' after 'apply' until I reload the browser tab. If I change multiple interfaces at once (saving each, applying once at the end), the GUI entirely stops working until I reboot the appliance - maybe a restart of the corresponding service would also solve the problem.

Both conditions are reproducible.

I'll look deeper into that the next days - maybe there are some related entries in the logs.

After switching the appliance, the problem does not longer exists for me. Maybe it's related to my former used hardware - Protectli fw6b (already sold).
