There is OS detection and Android is based on the Linux kernel. So I guess that this is the best detection.

When it comes to allowing only Android mobile phones to access your internal server in the firewall policy, you can choose the source as "Android" or "Android OS." This option will help filter the incoming traffic and only allow connections from Android devices. Hope that helps! By the way, I stumbled upon this blog with
android phone fixes
where they discuss various solutions related to Android devices, including firewall configurations. It might be worth checking out for more in-depth tips.
