openvpm 21.7.5 no log present cannot connect

Hello ,

i've recently updated to the latest stable version 21.7.5 the system runs openvpn with client export , after upgrade there are no logs ( and var/log/openvpn.log is empty and not populated )
Connecting using the configuration exported after the upgrade results in
Mon Nov 22 16:29:18 2021 Connection reset, restarting

• 
  Mon Nov 22 16:29:18 2021 SIGUSR1[soft,connection-reset] received, process restarting
  Mon Nov 22 16:29:20 2021 SIGINT[hard,init_instance] received, process exiting
  
  but with the old exported configuration works flawless
  
  with no log iI can't debug what's the problem .
  
  OVPN is configure as 1*CLIENT and !*SERVER
