How to disable error reporter?

First of all: wrong forum since you are developing.

Second of all: when you build your own distribution I think these questions are beyond the point of community support.

Lastly: Disable dashboard banner and remove page? You are obviously producing errors which cause reports so I think it's pretty dangerous to take this tool from you while you try to develop something.
