QEMU/KVM Intel I210 LAN cards with pcie enabled do not work

When enabling the PCIe check ub the passthrough settings in Proxmox the network interfaces are no longer detected in OPNsense.
When disabling PCIe check they work fine.
I am using OPNsense 21.7.2

This is not an issue with for example pfsense 2.5.2, where they are still detected.

Maybe there is a specific reason why they don't work with PCIe enabled?
