Alias - URL Table

A couple questions regarding Alias of the URL Table type. 

• Is it possible (in the GUI) to see the current cached list?
• What happens if the URL is not available?  Will it continue to use the cached list?
• Can I include comments in my lists?  Would I use traditional # or spamhaus DROP list type ;  ?
