Unbound DNS causes Microsoft Office 365 login issue

Hi, I can reach the https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/microsoft-365?ms.url=office365com&rtc=1 page bug when I try to login there is no DNS resolution. I had to create Host Overrides as workaround.

40.126.7.32      

login
live.com
40.126.29.15

Does anybody experiencing the same issue ?

they are in the WindowsSpyBlocker(extra) dnsbl if I'm not mistaken
