IPSec site-2-site tunnels down after update to 21.1.6

Hi,

After upgrading to 21.1.6 site-2-site IPSec tunnels are show innactive.  No matter what I try, they will not go up.

I have so far:
- Change config, save again either phase 1, phase 2.  No luck.
- Downgrade freeswan to 21.1.5, no luck.

I read other post about downgrading FRR but I don't use dynamic routing and this package is not installed on my system.

What else can I do ? This is not a virtual server so I can't revert to a previous snapshot ?

If you need additional info about my system, what and how to collect his info ?
