How to forward all internal DNS queries to a external DNS server without any internal caching by unbound or Dnsmasq?

You can add external DNS servers to your DHCP scope and RADV settings, causing your clients to go directly to them. The vast majority of DNS resolvers will cache the result according to the TTL setting for the record.
