nmap test shows open ports

Hi all. I have a quick question about running nmap and the results it gave. I did a test of my firewall running the nmap command from outside my home network (used my cell phone as a WiFi hotspot and connected to the internet). nmap showed the following ports were open on my OPNsense firewall:
PORT STATE SERVICE
21/tcp open ftp
80/tcp open http
443/tcp open https
3128/tcp open squid-http
8080/tcp open http-proxy
Is this test and indicator I have some open holes? If yes, how would I go about closing these ports if they need closing? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in adavnce.

If you come on on WAN interface, you likely have a firewall rule misconfiguration.
Check your port forwarding and firewall rules.
