Good afternoon i hope you are doing well.

So first o all i am / was / still a Mikrotik / RouterOS User.

On RouterOS ( As per attachement ) , You can set a global bandwitch and then have upload and download as child queues and then have child under those child queues.  by doing that you can set a minimum bandwith for a specific rule and set a maximum bandiwth for the same rule.  it is pretty easy and straight forward.

The issue i have with OPNSense are with pipes.  i read the documentation but it appears it cannot do what i am trying to achieve.  i would liek to control lets say HTP port 80 fr a minimum guaranteed bandwith but also be able to let the rule use the full bandwith if needed.  With the pipes, it seems to be impossible because each pipes has their own queue and bandwith.

It is possible to set a lower and uper limit based on port ?
