Use VPN Connections through VPN

hope you are doing fine.

I'm pretty new to this, so if this is a question with an obivious solution please forgive me.
Is it possible to access configured Site2Site VPNs through a Client2Site VPN without using "use Gateway of remote Network" option?

We've got a OpenSense with a few OpenVPN Site2Site, IPsec and Wireguard connections. On the exact same OpnSense we configured OpenVPN for Users to Connect to the Company Network, now is there a function that these OpenVPN-Users can access the other VPNs?
