Custom DynDNS? I.e., own DynDNS without any public service

Hi there,
is there any solution for OPNsense to run one's own custom DynDNS service?
Consider this scenario:
- A central OPNsense box running as a VPN concentrator with a static IP address, in Europe, for instance
- A bunch of satellite sites using dynamic WAN addresses
- If a user from remote satellite site A from New Zealand's South Island (for instance) wants to access another remote satellite site B on New Zealand's North Island, this would usually require connecting via the central VPN box, creating a HUGE latency.
- If the central box would constantly be aware of all the client site's dynamic IP addresses, then client site A could ask for this information using DNS and then access site B directly.
Is it possible to achieve this using standard OPNsense?
Best,
