How can I revert back to v20.7.1?

Upgraded to v20.7.2 and now my WAN speed is down to 50MBit instead of the usual 500MBit - the connection is via a PPPoE. ISP confirms everything ok there side and upgrade is only change. Have also rebooted twice.

Can't reproduce that. Here 100/40Mbit still full Performance.

Also here everything is OK after the update to 20.7.2 with
250/40Mbit line and full power.
just tested with: h**s://speedof.me/
OPNsense 22.7.9*WG-kmod*OpenSSL*OpenVPN* AdGuardHome*i7-7700*32GB*256SSD*ix0-1, igb0-4, em0*OpenVPN+Wireguard WG0, WG1*NetGear ProSafe XS508*AP Netgear WAX610*alles echtes Blech* Sorry, my English is translated via app*

Try booting 20.7 with a USB key and run it in LiveCD mode after importing your config to make sure it's the update (or not).

With 20.7.2 I'm getting 855/764 Mbit with about 40% CPU load.

Thanks everyone, woke up this morning to an email from my ISP saying "we discovered a _flaw_ (their word) in your configuration and corrected it". I checked the logs and my connection did get reset during the night.

Did my speed check again and I'm back to normal now.

after updating to OPNsense 20.7.2-amd64
my wan is constantly disconnecting!
Interface is an intel em0
connection is a DHCP
any clue? or hotfix?

not really because in my case, it always ends up with a reboot -> 0 logs
hope to catch it something next time
DEC750 Deciso

Then you surely have something on the console with a backtrace / stacktrace

Updated to 20.7.2 and no problem
Interface intel igb0
