(SOLVED) New MultiWan Setup Issue w/ Comcast&Frontier Fiber

LAN - igb0
WAN2 - ibg2
WAN1 - igb3
Hooking up the cable to WAN2, I am unable to get a DHCP IP, it remains 0.0.0.0 even if i reboot the modem and router
Hooking up the same cable to WAN1 I get the dhcp assignment
I looked at both wan assignments and there isnt really much to mess up, why does igb3 get the IP but igb2 does not?
Update: This is for anyone else that comes across this same issue, I have also updated the subject line for better searches.
WAN2 is Comcast, not only do they need and provision the CMAC from the cable modem but they also provision the first MAC Address that connects, so unles you get someone that is savvy at Comcast, you will need that mac addy for all time and spoof it on any interface you need to move this to.
