Firewall - NAT - Port Forward.
Port 8080 sounds like a webserver/tomcat or simular running. If your hardware is capable of using 4 NICs, I suggest using a DMZ for that server. If only a few users need to access that server from outside, I recommend using VPN.
Any port forward to a server inside a local network will open a wide gate for attackers to your LAN if they find a hole and break into that server. A port forward to a machine inside a LAN should be the last resort kinda way to achieve something.
