ARP Table Not Updating

Hello all,

I just upgraded to 19.7.3 and it seems my ARP table is not updating properly. All my Wifi devices are showing as Offline/Active and the ARP table is blank. Why is this happening?

I M also facing same problem ...when ever i m changing ip on my dive which is connected through LAN inerface of firewall then its unable to ping  firewall ...as i checked arp table it empty ...but when i am restarting firewall then apr gets resolved.
