Captive portal errors

Hi all,

I am having some issues with captive portal login. Sometimes when I input the vouchers or a user account I get a bad password error. This happens mostly on some particular devices. The voucher or account works on other computers and devices, but I get a bad password error on some devices.

any solutions to this?
