NAT - Port Forwarding

Hi community,
I'm new with OPNsense and got some trouble setting up Port Forwarding on my OPNsense FW. The following setup I use in my test environment (therefore I can show my IP addresses etc.):
LAN Adapter OPNsense
IP Address = 192.168.69.3
WAN Adapter OPNsense
IP Address = 192.168.136.3
I have successfully setup a rule for IPv4 ICMP on the WAN adapter to test the network from a client connected with the same network, as the WAN adapter of the OPNsense (Client IP = 192.168.136.10)
The ping is successfull and returns no problems.
I have setup a NAT Port Forwarding rule on the WAN interface to allow from outside a connection to a server connected to the same network as the OPNsense LAN adapter is connected. The protocol is just http to my domain CA on port 80. The Port Forwarding rule configuration is attached to that post.
I have readed lots of arcticle and I never got it working. I have done that before on other FW without any issues. Would be great if someone could help me on that - maybe I miss a "stupid" configuration task

in my setting
"destination" is "This firewall"
to my understanding it mean
interface "WAN" is wait connection in this interface
destination is the "firewall" or self, or machine with the WAN interface
redirect target, because the target is an internal PC/machine
so IP of your target machine or CA machine
redirect port, if not the same port as external...
in my case I access, my CCTV server, with external port 888 redirected to the proper http port internally
