One more thing: I don't want to upset anyone, but your website is a little bit slow when browsing the content

It seems to be working fine for me, is there any specific content or pages that are causing you problems?

Anyway my main question was if there is any ISO binary image to use OPNSense with GNS3 ?

Yes and No on the GNS3 question. As a binary image you'd have to write it yourself otherwise probably not. However this is a workaround in that you will need to run OPNsense as a host node and then edit the available interfaces in the host options. I haven't tried that but I don't see why that shouldn't be effective.
If it fails, you'll need to get Qemu.
http://nil.uniza.sk/network-simulation-and-modelling/gns3/installing-freebsd-junos-olive-using-qemu-under-win-7-64bit
just follow the directions in that link. I'd be more specific but I've got very little time to finish this project I'm working on.
Post back if it works or doesn't, I'm curious.

I did a different setup: I installed OPNSense on a virtual machine with VM Ware and had it configured with 3 NICs.
On the same virtual network I installed a Win7 VM and had it configured to receive internet from the OPNSense VM .
I works very nice.
I did test with VLANS Voice and data, QoS works like a charm, bandwidth limit for download and upload also.
The only down side is there is not yet a detailed documentation, you need to do a lot of hacking, but it is rather intuitive and easy to use.
Great open source router/firewall !!!!!
The developers did a very good job. Thanks to them
