Instructions for configuring Dynamic DNS for ZoneEdit with OPNsense 26.1.x:
1. Under System, Firmware, Plugins, remove any orphaned/legacy dynamic DNS plugins and install the os-ddclient plugin.
2. Under Services, Dynamic DNS, Settings, General Settings, change the Backend to ddclient.
3. When editing your account settings, you should now find a ZoneEdit option listed for both Service and Check IP Method.
