Hi,
I currently have the same problem. I try to connect to the VPN of my employer and AnyConnect is not establishing a connection. In the VPN configuratoin the VPN gateway is configured with the IP address. On the firewall live logs I can see the connection attempts all green to the gateway.
The credential window does not show up.
