General Discussion / Settings up VLANS.
I've been raking my brain researching on opnsense written tutorials and what videos I can find, but I'm having some issues putting VLANS into practise.TO see if I have understood this correctly as follows:

I'm aware of what trunk ports are and how they are used in VLAN aware router to switch scenarios. Although I'm not sure how to utilize it with my current switch because I can only extrapolate so much from written review, and I'm *very in need* of a tuturial for my SG2210XMP-M2 tplink switch, But I cannot for the life of me find a video tutorial of how I would setup vlans to with with opnsense. I'm struggling here, so I'll do the best to show my current switch configuration. What do I need to do here?

25.7, 25.10 Series / Possible firewall bug?
December 11, 2025, 11:35:24 AM
So i've been trying to add these to my firewall aliases but every time I've tried to do so, It doesn't work. I was watching Homenetworkguy do this on youtube in the exact same manner except an older version of opnsense.  I presume this is a bug? If so how can I get around it?

I'm new to setting up OPNsense and so far until I encountered this issue, I haven't had any. The live environment seemingly works fine (which I would expect) but whenever I try to access the Webgui, I'm hit with this. Now so far based off every video I've seen, this should work. I've done everything correctly as shown. I'm at a bit of a loss. I've tried both ports incase one of them was the assigned LAN instead of WAN, Checked the Starlink app for what DCHP assigned opnsense IP, that didn't work either. Changed my DNS settings in windows so it was using Google over cloudflare and viseversa.

I must be missing a diagnostic step here, what should I do next?
