Setup:
Versions:
OPNsense 25.7.9_7-amd64
FreeBSD 14.3-RELEASE-p5
OpenSSL 3.0.18

Router specs:
CPU:AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor (6 cores, 12 threads)
RAM:16 Gb
Storage: SSD 240 Gb
Motherboard: Asus PRIME B450M-K II
NIC: Fenvi 2500Mbps PCI-E To RJ45 Network Card I226 Chip 2.5G 100/1000/2500Mbps Gigabit Ethernet Four Ports

Plan:
Fiber from Algeria Telecom: 1.5 Gbps down / 450 Mbps up

Issue:
When any PC is connected to my OPNsense 2.5 GbE NIC, international uploads are slow. If I force the NIC to 1 Gbps in the PC's Device Manager(my gaming pc), upload speed returns to normal (~450 Mbps), while local uploads are always fine.

Thanks — waiting for your help.

General Discussion / Can’t ping between bridged LANs
October 08, 2025, 09:36:23 PM
I have OPNsense with 4 NICs (2.5 Gbps).

WAN (pppoe0)

LAN_MAIN (10.0.0.1/24)

LAN3_4 (bridge0, 10.0.1.1/24)

DHCP works fine on both, but devices on 10.0.0.x can't ping 10.0.1.x.
OPNsense itself can ping both.
Firewall rules allow any between the two LANs, NAT only on WAN.
No floating blocks.

Still no LAN ping. Any idea what's missing?
