Hi folks.
I have a forcepoint ngfw1100 xeon based firewall. she works well and i am generally happy.
im not so happy with sfp+ to rj45s dying on me - and not having a spare around has made it really stressful to get me back up and running.
so, what id like to know is - Is it possible to 'mirror' the settings on 2 different interfaces - only using 1 at a time -so that if the sfp+ dies on me, i can just plug in a rj45 into the 'backup' interface and it just works?
so is it best to setup a bridged connection between ixl3 (sfp+) and igb7 (rj45) - and if i only use one of these then it shouldnt have such a big hit in performance?
