Regards,
S.

Thanks for that. Will check

Zenarmor (Sensei) / Youtube NOT blocked
January 05, 2026, 06:01:54 AM
Hi,

I have been using Zenarmor to block youtube videos (App Controls under the default policy). Yesterday found my daughter watching a youtube video (which is supposed to be blocked). Checked the settings again and everything is set to block youtube.

Why is youtube still allowed despite the correct settings? a bug?

New to OPNsense and having an issue setting up  OpenVPN using the pfsense guide:  https://www.expressvpn.com/support/vpn-setup/pfsense-with-expressvpn-openvpn/#configure.

Issue is while setting up the  Encryption Algorithm , there is no  "AES-256-GCM" option  in the drop down menu .

(cipher AES-256-GCM from expressVPN configuration file).

I know others have managed to set expressVPN on opnsense using the guide above. Any pointers from those that have managed to set it up successfully?  How did you go about this step?

Thanks

Hi JairoAV25,

Came across this 2021 post. I am having an issue setting up the expressVP using the same guide you mentioned in your post. The issue is  on Encryption Algorithm setup. On the drop down menu, there is no  AES-256-GCM (cipher AES-256-GCM from the configuration file). How did you go about this step?

Thank you
