General Discussion / New Virtual IPs not seeing NAT Rules

All
I have installation with 8 virtual ips, with three of those being new as of today, virtual ips. I added the three virtual ips, today and created the NAT port forward rules to direct traffic to the lan ips. All the new virtual ips, follow the WAN Address rules and are not being directed to the proper LAN server ips. For testing, placed the new rules as top rules in the firewall list, and still ignores the rules and applies WAN Address rules. The prior five virtual ips are working as expected and sending the traffic to the proper LAN servers. I have recreated rules and virtual ips from scratch.
Where should I be looking?
