I think I have found the culprit and the reason why it went up to 60. As everyone said, the 60 degrees temp is normal and I can see that since thats my temp for the past days and its working fine. However, I forgot to mention that there is a fan for exhaust below in the mini pc and apologies on that. With the fan working fine before it is under 40 degrees as I have shown on my post and it seems sometime days ago it hardly spin and even if it does, it does not spin enough. Right now I was able to make it spin by poking inside to turn it and now I'm getting around 40 degrees again.
