General Discussion / hi can help me for give wan got network

hi can help me .. my public ip can't work .. or my NAT issue ?? i try ping to 8.8.8.8 no host route .. adapter got internet .. i open port 3389 for connect still can't access my rdp .. what can i do ? look like port no open or i dont know
