It finally worked.

I think it's because you need to tick "Primary DNS", this option was not present in former versions or was not presented in the tutorial I followed.

I'm facing the same issue, here is my configuration.
I have a Proxmox bare metal with OPNsense VM and the adguard plugin from mimugmail github.
Proxmox has no firewall enabled.
OPNsense version is 23.7.6 .

I followed this tutorial : https://samuelsson.dev/install-adguard-home-on-an-opnsense-router/

And I can't acces to Adguardhome (I tried with unbound enable and disable).

When I nmap my router, i can see the 3000 port open.
I've tried the 'sockstat' command and I can see de Adguard Home service running on port 3000.

I tired the NAT rule Andreas did but it doesn't change anything.

Could someone help me ? (this formulation kinda feel a bit desperated  ;D)
