Currently I have the root user disabled.

I use a custom user to access my firewall.

If this users certificate expires, does this prevent me from accessing my firewall? Or is this certificate for the VPN only?

Hi all,

I purchased a 2750 and changed the interfaces.

Essentially, I've locked myself out. I am able to console in but the interactive menu doesnt pop-up when I boot.

How can I factory reset my 2750?

Upon creating new users on my firewall, I realised that I didn't understand the full depth of the "admins" group that the root user is in by default...

Upon further investigation I was unable to get a clear answer, unfortunately it doesn't seem like there is one from what I've been able to yield.

Please let me know if I have made a foolish mistake or if you simply have the knowledge I seek.
