Boot delay for WAN for slow modem calling in

when my modem lose power slow modem calling in my router is full booted and no internet
I either need to wait for modem calling in and then boot router or release then renew WAN
in order to get internet.

is thare a fix for this?

when the power goes down when my ISP modem gets powered cycle I have to release my WAN DHCP and renew it
or power the modem first (Let it dial in like 3-5min) then power on (PC/OPNsense) router.

modem is a cable modem that is switch to fiber optic at the power pole of my property,

is there a way for opnsense to delay asking for a WAN DHCP IP address?

would it be under Section Interfaces: [WAN]/ DHCP client configuration/ Advanced/ Protocol Timing.
which contains: Time Out, Retry, Select Timeout, Reboot, Backoff Cutoff, Initial Interval
