General Discussion / Private support?

I'm setting up OPNSense for a non-profit and have run into an issue. Are there any experts out there that provide paid private support for OPNSense in a more timely manner than Deciso? They want to plan support 3-4 days in advance. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Someone located on the east coast of the US would be perfect.
