Virtual private networks / Cloudflare Tunnels

I have try to run Cloudflare Tunnels with routerperformance.net plugin for that.
But I didn't get it to run property.
I that someone who now some tutorials for that, or can explain step by step how I should do.?
I run Cloudflare Tunnels on other servers, so that is something in FreeBSD who I made wrong.
I run Opnsense as a VM in Proxmox.
