Virtual private networks / Can't access Deluge website over VPN

I connect to home with OpenVPN to access my docker sites. They're all on the same server. I can access everything but Deluge
For example I can connect to 192.168.1.10:7878, 192.168.1.10:8989, etc. just fine when I'm not home.
But for whatever reason, I can't connect to Deluge 192.168.1.10:8112.
Anyone have any ideas? I don't know of any rule that would block just that specific port.

It looks like a driver issue. I installed the realtek driver package and it seems like everything is working great now.

I got everything up and running but as soon as I enable Zenarmor or IPS, I lose internet.
Oddly, I was able to VPN into it and disable Zen to get my internet back.
Am I missing something? I did disable Hardware CRC, Hardware TSO, and Hardware LRO.
I don't know what would cause this
