High availability / HA can't config (OPNsense ver 22.7)

On version 22.7 I cannot configure HA. (i tried on virtualbox and hyper-v)
HA status : backup firewall is not accessible or not configured.
what should I do
(version 21.7 I can configure HA like so)

High availability / deletion failed 3 when uncheck block private network in WAN interface setting

hi
when uncheck block private network in WAN interface setting, OPNsense display deletion failed 3  and hangs

this time only  can reboot to return to normal state

this is bug?
opnsense 21.7.1
