Thanks for the response.  I know I looked in there earlier and I swear I didn't see it but that does appear to be the right place.  Additionally, I think I figured out my uninstall/install issue.  If I didn't stop the service before uninstalling it, it seems to have maintained the configuration.  Once I stopped it and did the uninstall/reinstall, I was able to reconfigure it as I would have expected.

I had installed AdGuardHome and set the DNS port to be something odd so I could play around with it.  I'm ready to actually deploy it and I can't figure out how to change the port back to 53.  I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the service and it always remembers the previous configuration.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
