I figured it out. I needed to uncheck "Install Policy" on the phase 1 configuration. Once I did that, the Rules -> IPsec option appeared.
This section allows you to view all posts made by this member. Note that you can only see posts made in areas you currently have access to.

Virtual private networks / IPsec Firewall Rule location? 22.1.2

I'll start off by saying I'm brand new to using OPNsense. I'm building an IPsec tunnel to a remote site and figured out Phase 1 and Phase 2. However, following the documentation it states that I should build an IPsec rule by going to Firewall -> Rules -> IPsec, but this option is not available to me. I just see Floating, LAN, Loopback, and WAN.
I feel like it will probably be obvious, but can someone point me in the right direction to build out the rule?
