Virtual private networks / Open VPN outgoing Client blocked by opnsense

Hi there. I am trying to establish a vpn connection using openvpn client on pc that is behind opnsense. Opnsense is somehow blocking it, because without opnsense there is no problem establishing it. Any ideas?
